Loft conversions

Loft conversations are a great use of space where you can have additional bedroom with on-suite, and still have loft storage.

If you don’t have the room for a side extension, lofts are a great and cheaper option to gain that extra bedroom.

Add more living space

This project involved creating a loft conversion with en-suite bathroom. Work undertaken included:

  • Removed existing ceiling joist to create more head room. (removing ceilings is not always necessary to create head room in lofts)
  • New on-suite shower room.
  • Tiled finish dormer.
  • Fibre flex roof systems.
  • Timber frame dormer.
